Nettle Fritters
Iris has sent in photos of making stinging nettle fritters. There certainly are lot of nettles around to use at the moment. Be careful, like Iris, and don't pick nettles from busy roadsides, where the nasty exhaust fumes from cars get on to the leaves.
They look very crisp and tasty Iris, you made them very well. I think they might even be better than Jayne's!
